Chair Yoga IN-PERSON (Tuesday AM)

Come move through a variety of gentle yoga poses, using a chair! Jane Rabe* will lead you through seated and standing poses that use the support of a chair to improve balance, flexibility, and strength. This class also includes breathing practices to encourage relaxation and mindfulness. Chair Yoga is a gentle class and suitable for adults of any age or fitness level.

Please note that we are also offering a virtual option for anyone who would prefer not to attend in-person. If you're interested in taking the class via Zoom, please register under the separate program: "Chair Yoga VIRTUAL (Tue mornings)".

We will provide a chair (which will be disinfected shortly before class), but attendees should bring their own yoga mats and any other props they would like to use (we will not be providing shared props). Some props that can be helpful are a yoga block and/or yoga strap, however no props are required to enjoy this class.

Some important notes:
Your health and safety is important to us and our community. As we move some of our programs indoors please know we are taking every precaution. See “notes” section below for more detailed COVID related information.

*Jane Rabe has been practicing and studying yoga for over 20 years. In 2015 she decided to make it official and received her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (200RYT) training from Yoga On High. Since then she has also received her 200 meditation teacher training and is a Reiki level 2 provider and a certified breath coach.
