Ask the Expert - What is Functional Nutrition? (virtual)

We invite you to join us virtually for this installment of our "Ask The Expert" lecture series, brought to you by Healthy New Albany in partnership with the OSUWMC Health & Fitness Center.

March is National Nutrition Month and this session's leading question is "What is Functional Nutrition?"

Feeling confused, have questions, or need a better understanding about how food can optimize your health? Join OSU Registered Dietitian, Molly Linek*, as she unpacks the therapeutic impact of food and answers your functional nutrition questions!

*Molly Linek is a Registered Dietitian with the OSUWMC Health & Fitness Center. She has been working in the field of nutrition for 23 years and holds Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Masters of Public Health in Nutrition degrees. Molly takes a holistic approach to her practice with each person she encounters in order to create harmony and balance through nutrition, mindfulness, and exercise. Her guiding philosophy is that nutrition should feed the body AND the soul!
