Join our monthly "Mental Health Matters" chats on a variety of topics related to mental health.

This month Dr. Karen Cannon* from the On Our Sleeves team at Nationwide Children's Hospital will (VIRTUALLY!) talk about current information and resources on youth identifying anxiety and building resiliency.

April's discussion "Anxiety: Warning Signs + Coping Skills" with Dr. Kristen Cannon will look at common signs, symptoms and manifestations of anxiety in your child as well as ways to build resiliency and coping skills to better manage anxiety in everyday life.

*Kristen Cannon is a second year psychiatry resident at The Ohio State University. She received her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University, and a Bachelor's degree in integrated life sciences from Kent State University.
