77% of Americans say they regularly experience physical symptoms caused by stress. No one is immune to stress, it hits all of us at different times and in different ways.
April is Stress Awareness Month and in light of that, this month's "Ask the Expert" session will focus on learning techniques to minimize anxiety and stress in your life. HNA's Director of Integrative Wellness, Lori Bower*, will share simple tools that you can use throughout the day to find balance and calm.
Schedule: Monday, April 26th, 6:30 - 7:15pm
Location: Outdoor Patio at the Philip Heit Center
Free to attend. (but online registration is required since space is limited)
*Lori Bower, M.Ed, E-RYT 500, is the Director of Integrative Wellness at Healthy New Albany, a highly certified instructor, Reiki Master Teacher, and nationally recognized Urban Zen Integrative Therapy Lead Trainer, who teaches locally and nationally in many corporate, medical, academic and civic organizations.

Note:
Weather note:
We're excited to offer this program on our outdoor patio in the fresh air and think it will be lovely in late April! However, in the event of inclement weather (such as rain or significantly cold temperatures), we may move the program indoors or cancel. Weather decisions will be made on the afternoon of the program.
Important COVID-related notes:
- The number of participants will be limited and chairs will be preset to allow for appropriate social distancing.
- Attendees must wear a mask upon arrival and departure. Once you've settled into your spot, then you may remove your mask.
- If you are showing any symptoms of sickness, please stay home.
