PT Prevention Talks - Balance and Fall Prevention (virtual)

We hope you'll join us for any/all sessions of this 3-part series on preventing injury and staying fit while aging! "PT Prevention Talks" will be led by Physical Therapists with OSU Wexner Medical Center and occur once a month from April - June.

On April 21st, we'll welcome PT Lori Deshetler* to talk about "Balance and Fall Prevention". The session will be a combination of lecture and simple, interactive exercises.

Schedule: Wednesday April 21st, 5:30 - 6:30pm

Location: Virtual via Zoom (link will be emailed shortly before the program starts)

*Lori Deshetler is a Physical Therapist with OSU WMC in the Philip Heit Center. She has been practicing physical therapy for 30 years and loves focusing on prevention and education with her patients.
