PT Prevention Talks - Shoulder Pain Prevention and Exercise (in-person)

We hope you'll join us for any/all sessions of this 3-part series on preventing injury and staying fit while aging! "PT Prevention Talks" will be led by Physical Therapists with OSU Wexner Medical Center and occur once a month from April - June.

On June 16th, we'll welcome PT Mitch Salsbery* to talk about "Shoulder Pain Prevention and Exercise". The session will be a combination of lecture and simple, interactive exercises.

Schedule: Wednesday June 16th, 5:30 - 6:30pm

Location: The Philip Heit Center (150 W. Main St, New Albany)

*Mitch Salsbery is a physical therapist and clinic manager for Ohio State at The Philip Heit Center. Mitch has been practicing for 10 years and is passionate about improving the lives of patients through exercise and education.

Please note: this is the IN-PERSON option. We will also offer a virtual option, but if you want to attend virtually, you need to register under that separate program.

-The number of participants will be limited and spread out to allow for social distancing.
- Attendees must wear a mask for the duration of the program.
-The Philip Heit Center is equipped with an HVAC system that meets the strict compliance standards for air flow and filtration required by The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
