35% of American adults sleep less than 7 hours per night and more than 50 million Americans live with a sleep disorder. Poor sleep quality/quantity is correlated with chronic health conditions, auto accidents, obesity, a less effective immune system, and more.
We invite you to join Danielle Livelsberger* as she talks about common sleep disorders, how sleep can help us stay healthy, and some tips and tricks for a better night’s sleep!
