Nourish Class - Master the Grill

Learn the finer points of grilling with an expert in the industry – Executive Chef, Wayne Schumaker from Cameron Mitchell’s The Barn at Rocky Fork Creek. Chef Wayne will review techniques for perfectly grilled meats and fish. We will also grill veggies and experiment with using a salt block. This class is a must attend for meat eaters, fish eaters and vegetarians!

Location: The Philip Heit Center - Outdoor Patio (150 W. Main St, New Albany)

COVID Policy:
- Fully vaccinated individuals are no longer required to wear masks within Healthy New Albany spaces (indoors or outdoors)
- All participants will be required to wear a mask while entering or exiting the shared lobby space or using other common areas (such as bathrooms) of the Philip Heit Center, because those spaces are shared with OSU Wexner Medical Center which, as a healthcare facility, has different COVID guidelines.
