UZIT (Urban Zen Integrative Therapy) in Nature:
Program Description:
Come relax and rejuvenate at this “Summer of Zen” program! This unique practice incorporates the holistic benefits of UZIT (Urban Zen Integrative Therapy): restorative yoga postures, breath work, meditation, and essential oils, along with a special emphasis on connecting with nature. This relaxing experience will invite space and clearing within to balance your mind, body and spirit. Open to everyone - no yoga experience necessary.

Lori Bower, M.Ed, E-RYT 500, is the Director of Integrative Wellness at Healthy New Albany, and is a Nationally and Internationally recognized facilitator in the fields of yoga, meditation, and Reiki. She is the Founder and Director of CARE: Compassionate Addiction Recovery Experience, a holistic healing program combining proven techniques for addiction recovery.

Note:
To Wear/Bring With You:
• Wear clothing that is comfortable for movement and appropriate for the outdoor weather forecast
• Bring a yoga mat and 3 blankets/beach towels (plus any other props you would like; ex: yoga block, bolster, etc)
• Recommended: Bring a water bottle
Weather Note:
In case of inclement weather, class will either be moved indoors to the Philip Heit Center, rescheduled, or canceled. Weather decisions will be made on the day of class, so be sure to check your email inbox.
