*About the Instructor:
Dr. Weston holds a certification from the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and more than 17 years of practice with board certifications in both family medicine and sports medicine.
As a member of each, she has completed extensive training from The American Academy for Anti-Aging (A4M), The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
Dr. Weston has been recognized as a Top Doctor in Columbus Monthly every year since 2019. She has spent her illustrious career diving deep into the root causes of why symptoms occur — not just treating them on the surface.
