Program Description:
The course will serve as an introduction to full body exercises using scientifically proven, effective approaches. We have a phased approach focusing on stability, flexibility, core, strength and muscle development. Full body workouts are valuable because they target multiple muscle groups in a single session, providing a comprehensive and efficient way to improve overall fitness - so join us on this fitness journey! Our goal is to lay a firm foundation for beginners and those returning to exercise.

• Mondays | 5:30 - 6:20 pm

• $35 for 3-week series

• Philip Heit Center (150 W. Main St. New Albany, OH)
• If the weather is nice - class will be outside on the Outdoor Patio. Otherwise, class will be inside the Heit Center

About the Instructor(s):
Kenny Hodge is a passionate certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor who uses a combination of strength/ resistance training as well as HIIT, metabolic training, stress management techniques. He has worked with individuals of various ages & backgrounds. Each person starts at their individual fitness level and Kenny builds from there.

Marcus Herzberg has a fitness career that spans more than three decades. In addition to his own training, Marcus has worked with a variety of clients as a strength and fitness coach for the purposes of athletic performance, muscular development, physical conditioning, weight loss/control, and injury recovery. He also contributes to blogs and other online forums concerning a variety of fitness-related topics.


To Wear/Bring With You:
• Wear workout attire, including tennis shoes/sneakers. If class is outdoors, then dress according to the weather forecast.
• Bring a water bottle
Optional: Bring a yoga mat and/or towel
