"World Rhythms Fitness: Dance, Strength, & Stretching":
Program Description:
This unique class blends three movement modalities into a comprehensive workout experience. You will experience Dance, Strength Training, and Dynamic Stretching.
This program is designed for individuals who want to enhance their fitness with a combination of high-energy and easy-to-follow dance moves, plus low-impact strength movement using loop resistance bands. We will finish with a dynamic stretching routine with an emphasis on improving flexibility by reducing muscle tension, pain, and stiffness.
You will experience a full-body workout in a fun and supportive environment. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just starting your journey, this class offers a welcoming space to challenge yourself, learn new skills, and achieve a harmonious balance of strength, rhythm, and flexibility. Join us to energize your body, uplift your spirit, and stretch your way to a healthier YOU!

• Saturdays | 8:30 - 9:30 am
• November 9 - November 23 (3-week series)
Fee:
• $36 for 3-week series

About the Instructor:
Pamela Conn is a native of Ecuador who has lived in the US for 29 years. Her background is in Marketing and Business Administration, but for the past 16 years, she has dedicated herself to learning and teaching Dance Fitness. Pamela is also a Certified Functional Nutritionist Counselor and Personal Trainer.
Pamela leads Healthy New Albany’s newest initiative, Wellness Works, working with companies large and small to bring comprehensive worksite wellness to cultivate health, well-being, and community engagement.
Pamela is the founder and owner of Columbus Fit Life Corp LLC, chair/organizer of the Lifestyle Fitness Event Arnold Sports Festival, and board member for Proyecto Mariposas.
Pamela’s passion for fitness and wellness is deeply rooted in her commitment to helping people lead healthier, and more fulfilling lives. Her approach is centered around the belief that fitness, wellness, and nutrition should be accessible to everyone and community-based.
