Come relax and rejuvenate as we welcome the start of autumn! Immerse yourself in the self-compassionate benefits of Urban Zen Integrative Therapy (UZIT), including restorative postures, mindful breathing, meditation, reiki, and essential oils, along with a special emphasis on connecting with nature and the changing of the season.
No experience needed - ALL are welcome. Prioritize self-care and join us for this relaxing experience and restore your body, mind, and spirit.

About the Instructor:
Wendy Klein grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and has lived in Columbus for over 35 years. After a 30-year career in public health, Wendy was searching for a way to work directly with individuals in order to provide support for both physical and emotional health. She was introduced to Urban Zen Integrative Therapy™ in 2019 and was immediately drawn to the holistic approach it offers to well-being. Wendy obtained her Urban Zen Integrative Therapist certification in 2020 and has been working with people (both in person and virtually) who have a variety of physical abilities in settings as varied as hospice, hospitals, assisted living, and a drug and alcohol treatment center.

Note:
To Wear/Bring With You:
• Wear clothing that is comfortable for movement and appropriate for the outdoor weather forecast
• Bring a yoga mat and 3 blankets/beach towels (plus any other props you would like; ex: yoga block, bolster, etc)
• Recommended: Bring a water bottle
Weather Note:
In case of inclement weather, class will either be moved indoors to the Philip Heit Center, rescheduled, or canceled. Weather decisions will be made on the day of class, so be sure to check your email inbox.
