*About the Instructor:
Richard Avila: A mental health counselor who uses a Cognitive-Behavioral approach via techniques that are adapted to the goals and needs of the individual. He enjoys working with clients to collaboratively work through life’s stresses and problems. Richard is a third-degree black belt in taekwondo, plays video games, and enjoys puzzles of all sorts.

Jessica Siebold: A Licensed Social Worker with experience working with adolescents and adults. She is a passionate professional who uses a collaborative and client-centered approach to therapy while employing Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Problem-Solving Therapies. In her free time, she enjoys training and creating adventures for her Mini American/Australian Shepherd Kaia, listening to music and podcasts, and exploring museums.

Pamela Conn FNC : Personal approach to nutrition is rooted in the belief that food is not just sustenance; it's medicine. Pamela specializes in identifying the intricate connections between diet, lifestyle, and health, working with clients to develop personalized, sustainable nutrition plans. Through evidence-based practices and a deep understanding of bio-individuality, she empowers her clients to make informed choices that enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Pamela's mission extends beyond dietary guidance; it encompasses cultivating a holistic lifestyle that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit.
