Outdoor Cooking

Program Description:
Gather around the fire for outdoor cooking fun! In this hands-on family class, you’ll learn how to prepare a simple delicious meal using three classic outdoor cooking methods: Foil packs, Dutch oven, and food on sticks. We’ll guide you through safe fire practices and share creative meal ideas and easy prep tips to keep you cooking outdoors all summer.

We’ll provide the food. You bring your mess kit (if you have one, but no worries if not) and water bottles. We will embrace the outdoors, so we will be cooking rain or shine!

• Sunday, July 13 | 5:00 - 6:30 pm

Where:
• Philip Heit Center patio (150 W. Main St, New Albany, OH)
