This Wellness program is designed to empower and educate our community with evidence-based nutrition strategies to help us stay healthy and prevent chronic decease.
Program Overview: This 4-session series combines cutting-edge nutritional science with practical implementation strategies, specifically designed for our busy lifestyle seeking to optimize performance and long lasting optimal health.
Session 1: Foundations of Meal Timing and its relevant history
Deep dive into the science of nutrition timing and its impact on cognitive performance
Research spotlight: How optimal meal timing can increase productivity by up to 20%
Interactive workshop: Mapping your ideal eating schedule within your daily schedule
Implementation toolkit: Quick-start guide to master meal timing for a busy schedule
Session 2: The facts and myths of Intermittent Fasting
Analysis of fasting protocols for busy adults
Research Spotlight : Dive into the knowledge of what fasting is and what is not.
Interactive workshop: Let’s learn about the different types of fasting
Implementation Toolkit: what type of fasting is best for each one of us and why.
Session 3: Nutrition is most important while adopting a fasting lifestyle
Focus on brain-boosting foods that enhance energy and good health
Data spotlight: Connection between dietary choices and chronic decease
Practical application: Building accessible and easy meal planning systems
Leadership toolkit: Guidance while respecting dietary diversity
Session 4: Implementation, support, accountability and Q&A
Framework for rolling a fasting lifestyle that works for you and your lifestyle.
Measurement strategies: Key metrics for tracking your program success
Action planning: Creating a 90-day roadmap for implementation
Success metrics: Access for the support and resources you need to succeed in your journey.

• Mondays | 6:00 - 7:00 pm
• August 25- September 22 (No session on Sept. 1)
Fee:
• $180/ person for 4 sessions
Location:
• Philip Heit Center (150 W. Main St. New Albany, OH)
• Meeting Room on the first floor
