Program Description:
Come move through a variety of gentle yoga poses using a chair! Seated and standing poses will use the support of a chair to improve balance, flexibility, and strength. This class also includes breathing practices to encourage relaxation and mindfulness. Chair Yoga is a gentle class and suitable for adults of any age or fitness level.

Attendees may choose to attend in-person or virtually each class (to accommodate for potential winter weather and other scheduling concerns).

Schedule:
• Mondays | 10:00 - 11:00 am
• January 5 - March 9 (10-week series)

Fee:
• $140 for 10-week series

Location:
• Philip Heit Center (150 W. Main St. New Albany, OH)
• Conference Room on the first floor

Virtual Option:
• All registrants will be sent a Zoom link via email prior to the first class. There is no separate registration needed. We encourage participants to attend the series and only use Zoom when necessary. There will be no refunds for any issues that occur with using Zoom.

*About the Instructor:
Marie Stanford has been practicing yoga for 15+ years and has taught yoga since 2016. She is a 200 RYT certified in a variety of yoga modalities, including chair yoga, power yoga, flow yoga, gentle yoga, plus breathing and meditation.
