Clear View: What to Do Now for Long-Term Eye Health
As we age, our eyes change, but vision loss isn’t inevitable. Join us for an informative session on protecting your sight for the long haul. Two eye-health experts will explain what’s normal, what’s not, and which daily habits make the biggest difference. We’ll cover screenings and timelines, light and screen habits, dry-eye relief, and how to spot warning signs early. You’ll leave with a simple checklist and resources to help you “see well, age well.
When:
• Tuesday, April 14 | 6:00 - 7:00pm
Where:
• Philip Heit Center (150 W. Main St, New Albany, OH)
• Conference Room on the 1st Floor
• The parking lot and main entrance are located behind the building
Fee:
• Free to attend, but please register online since space is limited.
About the Instructors:
Dr. Sandra Flarry, optometrist, graduate of La Salle University, Colombia.
Dr. Flarry is an Optician dual-licensed in both spectacles and contact lenses. She is a member of the American Opticianry Association, specializing in low vision. She is also the founder of Franklin Low Vision, where she continues as a provider. Since 2006, she and her husband have made Columbus, Ohio, home, and they have one son.
Dr. Flarry is dedicated to helping, advocating for, and training patients with diverse visual needs. Her number one goal is to provide optimum care for her patients. This runs the gamut from optical to non-optical to rehabilitation technology. This is in pursuit of the best vision possible in order for each patient to achieve vision independence.
Irena Castle is an innovator in the wellness space, specializing in eye therapy and natural eyesight development, and the inventor of the Overbound Clarity Eyesight Trainer, a globally recognized, patented vision training system that enhances the precision and effectiveness of vision improvement methods. She is an internationally known natural vision improvement coach, a frequent podcast guest, and a co-author of the Amazon best-selling book “A New World of Seeing.
