Planning for your baby’s arrival is an exciting, but often overwhelming time. This supportive, interactive class is designed for expectant parents who want to feel calm, confident, and prepared to breastfeed. Whether you are the mom, dad, or partner; all parents are welcome to attend.
Led by an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), you’ll receive clear, evidence-based guidance along with hands-on practice using dolls and breast models, so you can leave with practical skills and feel confident about your first feedings.
In this class, you’ll learn:
-How breastfeeding works and what to expect after birth
-Comfortable feeding positions and recognizing early feeding cues
-The importance of skin-to-skin and early initiation
-How to troubleshoot common challenges
-Where to find trusted local breastfeeding support
Whether this is your first baby or you’re hoping for a smoother experience this time around, this class is here to support you. You’ll walk away feeling more prepared, more empowered, and more at ease as you get ready to nourish and bond with your baby.
