Resonant Healing: Honoring Your Grief w/ Music

Program Description:

Resonant Healing: Honoring Your Grief Journey Through Music
Grief is a universal experience that follows many types of life transitions, not just the loss of a loved one. In this gentle, one-hour class, Jennifer A. Yurkovich, MS, LPMT, MT-BC invites you into a supportive space where the gentle power of music becomes a way to honor what you’ve lost and begin moving forward with hope.

In this class, you will go through the following exercise:
- Honoring the 4 Tasks of Mourning: Discover how legacy songwriting can help you integrate loss and find renewed meaning.
- A Voice for the Soul: Explore lyric analysis and instrument play to express the complex emotions that often transcend words.
- Finding Your Rhythm: Learn to use music as a grounding tool to navigate the ebbs and flows of your unique journey.

You’ll leave with musical tools that support healing, resilience, and a deeper connection to your own story as you continue your grief journey.
