Bad & Bougie Mocktails: Functional Mixology for the Wellness Era
An immersive, alcohol-free experience focused on crafting sophisticated mocktails that nourish the body while elevating hosting standards.
Participants will learn how to create low-glycemic, functional, visually stunning mocktails using adaptogens, fresh botanicals, and gut-supportive ingredients — while mastering professional mixology techniques. This is for the entertainer in you!

About the Instructor:
Chef Sunny B — Holistic Chef, Clinical Herbalist,Culinary Coach, and founder of (W)holistically Sunny & Co, LLC.
I help individuals and communities reconnect with the healing power of food by combining culinary artistry with herbal medicine and functional nutrition.
I specialize in creating therapeutic tea blends, healing tinctures, and adaptogenic remedies that restore balance and promote vitality. Through hands-on cooking classes, personalized wellness coaching, and holistic nutrition guidance, I teach others how to nourish their bodies, calm their minds, and embrace wellness from the inside out.
