CHT - The Gut–Menopause Connection

Program Description:

Hormones and the Microbiome: The Gut–Menopause Connection
Menopause is more than hot flashes, it can shift digestion, inflammation, mood, sleep, weight distribution, and even how your body responds to certain foods. In this session, we’ll explore the two-way relationship between changing hormones (especially estrogen) and the gut microbiome, and how that connection may influence common menopause concerns like bloating, constipation, reflux, insulin resistance, brain fog, and fatigue. You’ll leave with practical, evidence-informed strategies to support your gut and feel more steady through the menopause transition.
