Program Description:
Understanding Your Mammogram: Results, Callbacks, and Next Steps
Getting a mammogram report, or a call saying you need “additional imaging”, can feel stressful, even when it turns out to be nothing serious. This session demystifies the mammogram process and explains common results in clear, reassuring language. You’ll learn what your report means, why callbacks happen, what additional tests may be recommended, and how decisions are made about next steps. The goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and prepared to advocate for your health.
When:
• Monday, October 5, 2026 | 6:00 - 7:00pm
Where:
• Philip Heit Center (150 W. Main St, New Albany, OH)
• Conference Room on the 1st Floor
• The parking lot and main entrance are located behind the building
