Program Description:
The Menopause Reset: Real Solutions for Sleep, Mood, and Midlife Energy
If midlife has started to feel like a new body and a new brain, broken sleep, mood swings, anxiety, brain fog, stubborn fatigue, and energy that just isn’t what it used to be, you’re not alone, and you’re not “just getting older.” This session breaks down what’s happening during perimenopause and menopause, why symptoms can feel so disruptive, and what actually helps. You’ll leave with practical, realistic strategies you can start right away, plus guidance on when to consider medical options and what to ask your provider.
