Time: 6:00-7:00pm
Class 2:Cold, Flu, and Sick Season Remedies
Learn simple, affordable herbal supports for cold and flu season, including support for coughs, sore throats, congestion, chills, and post-illness recovery. Discover practical preparations like teas, syrups, steams, gargles, and broths using common herbs and kitchen ingredients. We’ll focus on easy remedies that can be prepared ahead of time to help support comfort, rest, and resilience when sickness strikes.
Date: November 4, 2026
Time: 6:00-7:00pm
Class 3: The Budget Home Apothecary
Herbal care does not have to begin with a cabinet full of expensive tinctures or a shelf of unfamiliar ingredients. It can begin with easy, everyday practices like a cup of tea in the evening, a pot of broth on the stove, a jar of infused vinegar in the pantry, or a simple salve for dry hands. We’ll explore how to weave plant medicine into everyday routines while slowly building a low-cost practical home apothecary using kitchen staples and common garden plants.
Date: November 11, 2026
Time: 6:00-7:00pm
Class 4: Calm in Hard Times
Explore practical herbal supports for worry, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, tension, and stress-related sleeplessness. Designed for real life, this class focuses on steady, everyday support when life feels heavy.
