Program Description:
Discover just how satisfying plant-forward eating can be! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to combine whole grains, colorful vegetables and plant-based proteins to create flavorful, nourishing meals. Together, we’ll make a Cruciferous Power Grain Bowl, Creamy Mushroom & Rosemary Lentil Soup and a refreshing Blueberry Rosemary Sparkler. You’ll leave with delicious recipes and simple ideas for adding ingredients that support your metabolism to your everyday meals.

• Philip Heit Center (150 W. Main St, New Albany, OH)
• Demo Kitchen on the first floor
Fee:
• $75/person
• $130/couple($65/person when you register two attendees)- If you are registering as a couple, please make a note of your partner in the notes section.
