Join other mothers of teenagers to learn from Molly Linek, Registered Dietitian with OSUWMC Fitness Center. Molly will help bridge the gap between the science of nutrition (and the overwhelming amount of nutritional info that’s out there) and the practicality of getting dinner on the table in 20 minutes.
Come spend the evening preparing and sampling foods that are simple enough…. even your teens could do the meal prepping!
Free to attend, but space is limited so please register online.
This program is put on in partnership between Healthy New Albany, OSUWMC Fitness Center, The Wellbeing Initiative, and MOTs (Mothers of Teenagers). MOTs' purpose is to explore how to navigate our middle schoolers and high schoolers into early adulthood and to support one another as parents.
This is a partnered program with MOTs (Mothers of Teenagers) and specifically intended for any moms who have teenagers in the house! Registration data for participants may be shared with MOTs to contact about future programs.
This program is free to attend (thanks to the partnership with OSUWMC Fitness Center).
