Adult - "Om" for the Holidays

Join our experienced instructor, Lori Bower*, for a calming Urban Zen practice. The practice will begin with the soothing sounds of nature provided by Jolyn Gallagher** (Music Therapist). Allow the rhythmic sounds of nature to promote relaxation and bring you into a reflective state. Then journey through restorative yoga postures, breath work, meditation and essential oils to invite space and clearing within to balance your mind, body and spirit. Open to everyone - no yoga experience necessary. And don't forget about stopping in at our socially distanced Athleta pop-up shop from 4:00-6:00PM!

We will not be providing any props during this time. Attendees will be asked to bring their own props (but they can be things you already have at home!). We will send a list of props to attendees before the class.

Please note: Your health and safety is important to us and our community. As we move some of our programs indoors please know we are taking every precaution. See “notes” section below for more detailed COVID related information.
