Program Description:
Pelvic Floor Power: Core Strength and Holistic Wellness
Your pelvic floor is the foundation of your core, and it influences far more than we often realize, including bladder control, bowel function, posture, back and hip comfort, sexual health, and confidence in movement. This session offers a practical, whole-body approach to pelvic floor wellness for women and men across all ages and life stages (including postpartum and menopause). You’ll learn how the pelvic floor works with the diaphragm and deep core, how stress and breathing patterns can affect symptoms, and what habits truly help. Expect clear education, simple assessments you can try safely, and beginner-friendly exercises you can build into daily life.
When:
• Tuesday, December 8, 2026 | 6:00 - 7:00pm
Where:
• Philip Heit Center (150 W. Main St, New Albany, OH)
• Conference Room on the 1st Floor
• The parking lot and main entrance are located behind the building
Fee:
• Free to attend, but please register online since space is limited.
