Finding Your Rhythm in Grief

Program Description:

Grief is a complex journey, but you do not have to navigate it alone. Join us for Finding Your Rhythm in Grief, a compassionate, four-week music therapy series designed to help you remember and honor any loss. This series is facilitated by a licensed and board-certified music therapist, providing a professional and supportive environment to process grief safely and creatively.

Over these four sessions, participants will:
? Utilize music as an active tool for healthy coping and emotional regulation. ? Build personal "musical memorials" to honor and remember loved ones or significant life changes.
? Process the unique experience of grief through guided musical interventions in a communal setting.

No prior musical experience or "talent" is necessary—just a willingness to listen, share, and connect. Join us to find support, expression, and a sense of rhythm as you navigate your healing journey.

Schedule:
• Wednesdays | Oct. 7, Oct. 21, Nov. 4, and Nov. 18
• 11:45 am - 12:45 pm

Fee:
• $60 for all 4 classes

Location:
• Philip Heit Center (150 W. Main St. New Albany, OH)
• Conference Room on the first floor
