About the Instructor:
Jennifer Sydes is the baker behind Ginger Cat Sourdough Co., a small-batch cottage bakery specializing in naturally leavened sourdough breads. She has lived in the New Albany community with her family for over 16 years and works full-time as an occupational therapist. What began as a curiosity about traditional breadmaking quickly grew into a passion for sourdough and the craft of slow fermentation. Jennifer loves sharing what she has learned and enjoys teaching others how approachable sourdough baking can be.
