Drawing on her work in resiliency, high-performing habits, movement, mindset, and nervous-system regulation, Dr. Julie will share simple ways to create healthy routines and make steady progress in the year ahead. Together, we’ll explore how to:
- Set meaningful goals that focus on progress, not perfection
- Break larger health goals into simple, manageable steps
- Build healthy routines around movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and connection
- Stay motivated when life gets busy, or plans change
- Recognize small wins and create habits that can last beyond January
